One of the interesting things I’ve found with writing Geode is the friendship between Velius and Reli. When they were young, Reli acted as a little bit of a guide for Velius, and without him, Velius is lost. They both care very much for one another, even if they aren’t willing to admit it. It’s fun to see them grow as the story progresses.
